After your booking has been confirmed on the mobile app, you can view the name of your washer and his contact information. You can go to the booking screen, and select your active booking to view all the available information.

Yes, bot G-cash and Cash payments are available. Receipts are also provided regardless of the mode of payment.

Until the booking is not yet confirmed and there are no available washers yet, you can cancel and choose not to continue with the booking.

As of now, our mobile app will choose a random washer whoever is available upon your booking.
